I was very surprised at how soft they are. My mom loved her pillow so much and brings it with her everywhere she goes. Now she wants one with her face on it!

FINAL UPDATE: I finally received the product after waiting for a few months. It was late, but the quality is great and the product looks beautiful. Thanks for listening to the complaints and solving them! - UPDATE 1: Customer service got in touch with me on March 29th and told me they were sending me a new order for free. I am waiting for the new product to arrive at the moment, which will take around 9-15 business days. I will be updating this review accordingly. - ORIGINAL REVIEW: I placed a Valentine's Day order on Feb 4th and it never arrived. I purchased shipping insurance. Support is just saying that I provided the wrong address or that there is missing information and that's the reason it doesn't arrive but my address is 100% accurate. They told me it was my responsibility to talk to my local post office and gave me a fake number that is not even an American number. I didn't know this was a Chinese company and that the product was being shipped all the way from China. The tracking website is in Chinese. Save your money. I WANT MY REFUND!!!

Blanket was super soft and I can't wait for them to have it

I ordered A custom Lego heart shaped set! I loved the idea of the product and can’t give my full experience because I have yet to finish putting it together. Maybe next time you can include a picture of how it’s supposed to look with the product especially since the pieces vary in size and some of the legos are the same colors.

Loved the product - just wish it was a bigger size because it is so adorable.

初めて写真入りのブランケットを依頼しました。 送られてくるまでどんなのが来るか不安でした。 使用した写真で印刷前の画像見れたらなお良かったと思いました。

I ordered a blanket as a gift for my sister. She loved it! The printed picture of her dog looks good and the blanket size is as expected, and it’s nice and soft. However, I wish we could see a preview of the printed image before ordering it because the picture printed a little lower than expected, with a bigger gap at the top. Also, shipping to Canada took a long time. Luckily I ordered it many weeks in advance to be in time for Christmas.
