Complete Fraud! Ordered a puzzle and never received it. Contacted them and they keep saying it's in transit, almost 2 months later. Filed a dispute with paypal, i better get my money back. This business is 100% Fraud do NOT Order from them.

Don’t buy! It has been over a month and I haven’t received anything and tried contacting them numerous times and no one will get back to me

Terrible company. Has been saying it is at the shipment location for two weeks and cannot track package any more than that. If I saw these reviews I would have never ordered from them. Doubt there ever was a blanket made from my order.

Ordered a custom puzzle from them in late April. Usps tracking says it has been in pre-shipment for over 10 days. Customer service said it is delayed due to COVID-19, but this doesn't explain why usps has still not received the item.

I never found or saw that this product was from China or anywhere else. Have tracked this from day 1 and when I began emailing the company this was the reply "The order was shipped via USPS, and you could contact your local USPS office to check it, we don't have the phone number of your local office." This gift was being sent to my mom for mothers day in another state so I cannot go to her post office and trying to call is impossible. And on top of that I had to stress her out wondering where the pkg is or if it was stolen. So frustrating, will never order again

Ordered a puzzle for mothers day over a month ago and still haven't received it. Starting a dispute on paypal. Customer service is horrible. They take days to respond and then just make excuses or blame customs. My shipping tag was created 3 weeks ago and it's not at the USPS yet. Lost in California somewhere like many of the others.

Complete Scam!! I ordered and PAID FOR 2 puzzles over 6 weeks ago. I have never received anything and when I try to track my order it says not found. I have emailed the company multiple times and never get a response. Don’t waste your money!!

Product never arrived, and after contacting customer service through their websie I am getting no response. Am now taking the dispute to Paypal for resolution.
