I ordered a custom puzzle on April 4, 2020. On April 28, 2020, I received a notice that my order had shipped from Fremont, CA. When I inquired about where it was on May 10, I was told, "Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has greatly affected global shipping, which has influenced the time frame of shipping and deliveries in your country and the local destinations." On May 25, I was told, "The impact of the Coronavirus on supply chains, production and transport has been and may continue to be significant. Please allow more time in processing and shipping, for us, for the shipping company and the sorting and delivery service." It is now June 5, and I still don't have the puzzle. Waste of time and money.

Absolute garbage. I FINALLY got my product, 2 months later, and it's GARBAGE. I ordered a custom puzzle and the photo quality is so poor I won't be able to even complete it. It came in a cheap plastic container without any image or anything. No photo to follow while putting the puzzle together. It will just go into the trash. I just wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Beware.

All the reviews on this place are right!! I ordered a puzzle for Mother's Day nearly a month ago and paid for expedited shipping and it states the puzzle is in Fremont CA. I have tried contacting this company and no response. Total scam. Do not listen to the reviews on the website, they must be fake as they need to be approved when submitted. So upset I wasted $45 for my Mom to not receive her Mother's Day gift.

Horrible horrible horrible! If only could get a phone number! I would call 30 times a day. I am so mad! $140 worth of puzzles that I apparently will never get. Ordered in mid April and nothing. USPS says this company generates a shipping order but never gets the product to them! I have filed a case against this company with the US postal service. My order stated Fremont CA for 3 weeks then LA county which on the map showed a post office near my house. Received a call from them stating they never got it. The map on getphotoblanket.com kept changing but it was totally false. Currently it says my product was delivered to my house which is not true! Don’t waste your time. I am contacting FB because that’s where I saw the ad! I hate people that steal! I will fight this till the end,

Item never shipped. Customer service was awful. No contact, no refund as of yet. DO NOT USE THEM. My daughter ordered a blanket for my wife (her stepmom) for Mother's Day 2020. The order was placed on 5/3/2020. On 5/6 the order was supposedly sent to the carrier. When tracking, the carrier (USPS) says "Label Created, not yet in system." I Emailed their customer service on 5/22 with my concerns. They replied on 5/26 telling me that it shipped on 5/7 but then they also said that "this tracking number seems to be wrong" and asked me to "please be patient" and "wait for the answer." I replied back again that same day, 5/26, and they replied on 5/29 that they "will reply as soon as we receive the reply" from their logistics staff. I emailed again on 6/2 and again on 6/3 and have not received any replies.

Item never came. Even paid for the insurance

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY SENT MY PUZZLES AND WERE DAMAGED, BLURRY & BROKEN. I CANT GET A REFUND BC IT WAS CUSTOM MADE. ITS FROM AN ASIAN COMPANY SOUFEEL JEWELRY. I CANT CONTACT ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE & JUST THREW AWAY $70 ON A GIFT I CANT USE. SO IRRITATING. I JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THE SCAM THIS COMPANY IS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
