GetphotoblanketReviews of getphotoblanket.com

Worst product ever!!! So did not even want to give them 1star. Customer service is horrible too!! Blanket looked nothing like the picture I sent and the sewing around it was terrible strings hanging all around it. They did nothing to make it better not a replacement or a refund offered. They said to them it was ok even though you cant even see my dog they made the whole picture black and my dog is black. I went to Collage.com and ordered another blanket and it turned out perfect. I wish I would of read reviews before I ordered from them cause I see know that they don’t have a good product and their customer service is bad. Out $63 cause the blanket is going in the trash it’s that bad. Please everyone DO NOT ORDER from them it’s a waste of time and money. Collage.com is a 5***** product they were fast and accurate and even sent cleaning and care instructions to my email. The blanket material is 100 % a better quality also. Getphotoblanket material is thin and cheap like one of those $3.99 throws you buy at the grocery store during holidays to just add color to house.

Going through Customer Service to get help is a waste of time. They put you through the ringer without solving any issues. Jimmy, Customer Service Representative, asked me to send the photo of the product received and will offer a solution: 1)The first offer was a $5 compensation, 2) The second offer was to remake the blanket at half price and we will send it out for free. 3) The third offer was to remake the blanket for $20 and we will send it out for free. I do not know how many times I have made it clear to Jimmy, but this gift was a blanket of my late cat and they did not do her justice. Let alone could not make her the proper color. I told Jimmy that his company will remake the blanket of free of charge or give me a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere. I was able to have the blanket remade and could approve the renderings before the blanket was sent out. I sent a new picture so there was no confusion of what color my cat was. After days of waiting, no changes were made and the blanket was sent out again without my approval of the renderings. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager and Jimmy would not give me the contact information, I am disappointing with this company and will fight for the full refund.

Please don’t use this company unless you want to lose your money.I ordered a blanket for my son for Christmas of our two dogs in which one of them we had to put to sleep and this was suppose to be something special for my son to remember her by.When I received the blanket they had magnified the picture so much that you can’t even tell what is on the blanket. When I messaged them and sent them a email of what the blanket looked like they told me it wasn’t there problem that I could place another order.Customer service is very rude and doesn’t want to refund your money.I will never order from this place again and I will happily tell anyone that tells me they are going to order from them not to do it because they will scam you out of your money. My order number was Aw8311.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I ordered blankets and they came with their own design, they say in a warehouse for over 90 days and the back and forth with the company was not accommodating, like it was my fault their courier service wasn't delivering. They sent me examples of other orders to show delivery times, so they sent out other addresses and personal information. Which only proved that they ordered later than me and had already recieved their packages. By the time I received mine, they smelled like mildew, like they had been sitting in a warehouse. STAY AWAY.

They literally made the dog on the blanket, names OREO, YELLOW instead of black and white like......? Then the person on the email told me I’m not allowed to get a refund for this dog that recently passed away because it was my fault for submitting a photo with chromatic issues. The photo that I used clearly shows she is black and white. If your artists have that little of a brain you should fire them. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I was really excited to receive this order and was planning on giving these two blankets as Christmas gifts. When I received it, I quickly opened the package. I was incredibly disappointed to see that the blankets were not as detailed as the photos I sent and it looked like the images on the blankets were blurred which was not how it appeared on the website when browsing through the products. One of the blankets has a photo of one of my dogs and his eyes look messed up and not like the photo I sent at all. The other blanket is for my sister who recently lost her dog. I am embarrassed to give these blankets as gifts. This is not how I imagined the blankets to turn out. In fact, I am looking at some place else to order these blankets again because I was unhappy with the results from this company. The website is misleading. A tennis ball was supposed to be on one of the blankets as well when I customized it and was missing when it arrived. My dog doesn’t look like the picture I sent at all. His eyes are messed up. On both blankets, the eyes are super squiggly. I was incredibly disappointed at the customer service and the fact that they "did not find any quality problems and cannot provide refunds" when on their website, it states they accept returns, cancellations, etc. I wish I did more research before ordering from this company because after ordering, a lot of the feedback from other customers included negative comments, poor customer service, a scam, etc. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! That was my first and last mistake.

Items received after 5 weeks & multiple complaints.

IMHO, ordering from here was one of the worst experiences I’ve probably ever had in online shopping. We do most of our shopping online too. I ordered a puzzle for my wife on April 30th for Mother’s Day, and just received it in the mail on July 30th (well after Father’s day). 90 DAYS!! I understand that COVID played a factor in some of it, but 90 days is absurd. We’ve ordered packages with international shipping many times during the pandemic and the longest has been just over two weeks. Customer service was a joke and I received mostly canned responses, especially when I asked for a simple refund of the shipping costs and the “VIP” service I paid for extra. The puzzle itself and quality was okay, but I just don't feel like it's worth it. Take your money and go elsewhere for these type of services, like Etsy, etc. There’s no “deals” here and the crossed-out prices displayed have been up for months. There’s no sales, it’s just a sales tactic. Seriously, check the site in a few weeks and nothing has changed. They still have the same deal that was up when I bought two puzzles. I feel like I may be an anomaly here, or the reviews on their website are simply fake. I just don't believe I'm the only person ever to give lower than a 3-star review. Take that for what it’s worth. They’ll likely delete my review there. If so, I’ll just keep posting it here and across other social media platforms.
