Missing product. They don't seem to care. They make out it is an Australian website, and give you an option for express postage, which I stupidly paid for. Estimating that I would receive my pillow in 2-5 days after the estimated 2-5 days for manufacturer. I'm Still waiting. I had someone give me a tracking number, which showed me my pillow was sitting in a warehouse in China, not moving for days. It's apparently finally in Australia, but no Australian tracking number provided. I would give them zero stars but it doesn't have that option. Do not waste your time or money on this fraudulent company. Ice requested a refund for $29.95. the price I paid for express Post. They refused. I've reported to fair trading. Massive scam. You just need to Google reviews to realise I'm not the first and won't be the last.

Worst company. They hide the fact that the company is in China and and it would take more than a month to get anything if you're lucky. The timeframe given is a total lie, and forget about doing a cancellation o try to get a refund, it won't work either. I don't know how this kind of companies are allowed to be on the market.

SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! After 20 days...company said delay due to "defective merchandise." Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. No way to contact other than email, then wait 24-48 hours for automatic response. VERY FRUSTRATING!

This is a follow-up to my previous review. While Getphotoblanket was diligent in working to ensure my order was of a decent quality, and I provided a 5 star review in that respect, the order STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. This follow-up review is at 1 star, which is generous. We ordered at least 3 weeks before Christmas, and now, we are moving to 2021, and still no delivery. Now, I will have to incur additional costs to ship the gifts to their recipients. I'm extremely frustrated.

I wish there was 0 stars I could give this place. More than likely a scam. I’m so unhappy. This was going to be the highlight of Christmas for my parents. I ordered it on 12/17 and it took them two days to get back to me. Paid almost $70 with VIP shipping and making of this product and when I try to track the item it says USPS doesn’t have the item yet. The address that it shows when I look this item up is not the shipping address I gave them. No one is getting back to me from this website and I’m trying to find out how to get a refund. It’s been a nightmare.

AVOID!!!! Horrible!! Cheap blanket. Ordered it for my wife..with pic of our late dog. The pic on blanket looks nothing like pic I sent them. Way overpriced. Ordered it for my wife. She ordered one for our daughter in November. More than a month ago and it still hasn't arrived as we approach 2021!

The source and delivery time is a lie. the premium delivery fee is a con. the order will not be here for Christmas. days late even at the standard rate. useless.

Terrible. I ordered on 12/6 and there have been nothing but empty promises and horrible communication. Now, my Christmas gift is ruined because it won’t arrive in time for a gift exchange. I paid EXTRA for VIP service and after shipping. I also paid extra for the multi-pet option on the socks but the website didn’t have an area for me to upload a second photo. So, I immediately emailed customer service with the photo and the order number after placing the order. They got back to me a couple days later and said a designer would be sending the proof and to watch for it. Days later, still no proof. So I emailed again and they said their designer already designed the socks with one dog and they were in production already so it was too late to add the second. “Sorry”, they said. Keep in mind, multi-pet IS an option on their website and I paid extra for it... AND they already confirmed they would add the second dog. I also ordered two huge blankets with dog photos on them and the color on one of them was wrong in the rendering. I am hoping they can salvage one gift, as one recipient can wait, but the other one is a child and it’s a gift exchange so I can’t come empty handed. I will update it by some miracle they can turn things around, but this late in the game and so close to Christmas, I have doubts.
