Horrible, horrible experience all around. Horrible shipping process and even worse blanket. Was promised delivery by Christmas but didn’t happen. Arrived with tears on blanket, worn fabric throughout, etc. Clearly a horrible product (shipping package had no damage to it, so it was not damaged in shipping) and they won’t refund my money. Run, don’t walk, from this company!

I did not do enough research on this site before I ordered, what a mistake. I used this site because I was told "if I ordered today - get before Christmas". It is 12 days after Christmas and I still do not have the product. I have tried to cancel the order, they told me I could not because it has shipped...but when I ask for shipping info - it has not. Please do not be as foolish as I was and order from this site!!

Worst thing ever. Waste of money. I ordered a custom pillow, and after waiting a while month I finally got it. It was tiny. The website is so confusing that I order the tiniest size EVER. It is small enough to be a Christmas tree ornament. Not to mention I payed 10$ for expedited shipping, and I did not get it. I ended up paying 30$ for a bad quality Christmas tree ornament. I contacted support and they were rude and dismissive of my asking for a refund. It was the worst thing I bought in my whole life. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I made an order paying extra for VIP to get it done quicker. Processing on my first order took three weeks longer than my second order. I am yet to receive either order after being told they were sent out almost a month ago. After a certain point Customer service only pointed out that I made an order and they take time to process it. Thanks I get that but normally it’s within the time you say it would be processed and sent. I chose to order from Walmart and received everything in 10 days and the quality is amazing. No matter the quality I can guarantee when I receive my order it will not be worth the price or the wait.

No, don’t order. I saw this site when searching for a place to order some personalized Christmas presents. The site clearly stated delivery by Christmas. I ordered 4 blankets 12/8/20 and still haven’t received them 1/5/21. Customer service will reply to your emails but not helpful. They offered me a 10% discount when my items arrive but I’m not even sure I’ll ever receive them! Tracking just reads ‘attempted delivery’. I paid for expedient shipping, what a joke. Buy elsewhere. Company is in China so finding a company in the US (or wherever you live) will expedite your order for sure. I just disputed payment with my credit card. So annoyed I fell for this BS.

I ordered a custom blanket because I was swayed by the price and delivery date. I ordered before shipping deadline for Christmas and even paid extra for expedited shipping. I never received a proof of item to approve or any advice of order. I got an email a few days (around 6) that the order had shipped. The order showed it was in Las Vegas. For days the order never showed the item moving through the system. Contacted customer service and they stated the item takes up to 21 days to arrive and that I should have known that before ordering. I explained the whole situation and was told that I should my order would not be in before Christmas. I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping and was offered a 10% discount off of price paid. I ordered the blanket on the 11th it shipped on the 17th and I received the blanket on January 4th. I have not received my refund and the blanket is less than desirable. If I would have seen the proof I would have rejected the order and fixed it to look right. At this point I will not send it back due to bad customer service and I am way past giving it as a gift. Do not order from this company no matter how cheap it is or what shipping date they promise. The company is out of China and delivery takes forever. They don’t show proofs do you have no clue what you are getting abduct hey don’t give full refunds much less partial. Go elsewhere!!!

Wish I read reviews before purchasing. I ordered Xmas presents in November haven't received yet and can't get info from company and USPS. I have emailed and called post office put in a claim over a week ago. Nothing. Not happy with this company and USPS.

I was very excited to purchase a photo blanket of our dog as a Christmas present. I ordered over 3 weeks in advance and unfortunately it did not come in time. The tracking system they used was less than helpful. On my end is said the blanket had been shipped but you could not locate where is was. I reached out to customer support, they said it had been delivered. It still has not arrived. I requested 4 times that since I did not receive the blanket that they just cancel the order and refund me the money. 3 out of those 4 requests went completely ignored. Finally in my 4th request they simply responded “It says delivered. Check with family and friends.” Again no response about getting my money back. As I love alone in an apartment complex that uses package lockers, there is no possible way someone else picked it up for me & on my tracking end it still says “shipped”, not delivered! I have no blanket and have had a less than mediocre experience with customer service. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for more than 10+ years myself, I know that this is absolutely unacceptable. I will never provide my business to this company again and recommend that you steer clear!
