Worst customer team and turn around times

It has been a pleasant surprise. I previously used Payoneer and PayPal, but without a doubt, the amount of benefits and features that the platform has been adding makes it the best option right now.

The platform works well and does its job, but I had some problems and that's why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

me suscribi al plan reserve y ahora no se puede dar de baja luego de un mes, si o si te cobran todos los meses del año y no lo explican claramente en ningun lado. Es un engaño por completo.

Pues primero que te pidan que consignen dinero para poder realizar pedidos es algo muy grave, hice en total un consignación de 170.000 mil pesos, y tienes que hacer 5 tareas e iba por la 3 imagínate para la 4 ya pedían 300.000 mil pesos adicionales, alguien debe de regular esto !! Obvio ya fue demasiado monto para perder así que decidí catalogarlo como la estafa del año!!! Ojo denuncien.

El servicio de pago funciona, pero los productos Reserve y el cashback fallan frecuentemente, lo que genera pérdidas para el usuario. A pesar de presentar evidencia, el soporte no ayuda con ese tipo de problemas. Tener cuidado si se utilizan esos servicios.

I used Ontop as an international contractor based in Europe, and the platform's payment practices are deeply exploitative. Even though I live in Europe and my local currency is the Euro, Ontop strictly refused my requests to be paid in EUR. They forced every single one of my payouts to go through in USD. Because they force a currency mismatch, you are trapped paying massive foreign exchange (FX) conversion fees just to get your money into your local bank account. To make matters worse, the monthly fees are a complete lottery. Even when my monthly contractor invoice amount was exactly the same, the fees fluctuated wildly and were never the same twice. Forcing European contractors to accept USD just so the platform can quietly skim money off the exchange rate margins feels less like a financial service and more like a scam. If you are a company looking to hire international contractors, please look elsewhere, your talent is losing a significant portion of their hard-earned income to Ontop's hidden, predatory fees.
