Easy to use
It is a practical solution with adequate costs for small companies or startups. Ontop should improve customer service as it is very slow and there are no other ways to contact them.

I like because I can withdraw the money…
I like because I can withdraw the money from my wallet easily and fast. It was posible for me withdraw my money even fron Venezuela.

Unified Payments
Ontop facilitates the payroll process in a huge way. We have people working in many countries around the world, so the payments had to be made to different territories and entities by extremely difficult. By unifying the payment we saved time and we don't have to be worried about it. In the time we have used Ontop, we have had some troubles, but the customer service is always very willing to help us and resolve any issue that arose.

Estoy muy contenta con el excelente…
Estoy muy contenta con el excelente servicio de parte Marcela, siempre está al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, es muy amable y nos apoya en todo momento. La única área de oportunidad que puedo mencionar es que la plataforma llega a tener fallas en poder actualizar información que ingresamos (sobre todo con mi cuenta) no genera ó no guarda los movimientos.

Great customer service
Ontop makes it easy to hire international talent. They have great customer service. The platform still has some things that they could improve but they're very open to feedback and proactive about it.
