Order made, status complete, shipping code is wrong. Basically wasted a whole load of money buying costumes for an event that we have had to buy replacements for. Was told that they would arrive on time but, reading the below reviews, be lucky to see them this side of Christmas... How are companies like this able to get away with what they do. When you promise delivery of a good for a certain date and do not dispatch it but take the money up front, that is fraudulent. And that's what this company is so if you're lucky enough to have arrived here before ordering, don't. Worth also noting that the 5* reviews are posted en masse over a 3 day period in July 2017 and contain consistent spelling mistakes and phrasing from accounts with a single review. Evidentially false and posted by the company themselves.

Regret not looking at trust pilot first. So first you don't get an email confirmation of your order, just an email thanking you for signing up and a barrage of spam. Then you worry that the tracking number doesn't work. Then you worry that nothing has arrived and they show the order as complete. Then you try to navigate their site to actually get assistance. When you figure that out they never get back to you. I only hope my credit card dispute recovers the funds.

Don't order from these scam artists. Their website shows a Florida PO Box for their company address, but their products are from a Chinese sweatshop. And don't bother calling or emailing them once you realize that somethings not right because they won't respond. And if you ignore the warnings and order from them anyway, you'll probably want to go ahead and cancel your debit card and get a new one. Check out the YouTube videos and you'll see what I mean.

Bought something from this service. Paid $80 plus $15 dollars for 4-8 day shipping. It's been 14 days and the tracking information they gave me doesn't even work. The number says the tracking never even existed and that I should try back again to see if the item turns up. Feels like a scam do not buy

Didn't receive an order confirmation. Paid for expedited shipping on 1 October, have not received anything yet (today is 11 October). I have sent various emails to their "customer service" but I've heard nothing back. Based on other reviews, this company looks like a complete scam, and I don't understand how this company has not yet been closed down by authorities.

Terrible product. Not as shown in pictures. The company DOES NOT TAKE RETURNS, other than if the product arrives damaged. So don't buy anything there. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This company is a scam. There is no number to call for customer service. I paid for expedited shipping and didn't receive my order for a month as a result missing the event that I was supposed to have it for. Once it did arrive the quality was AWFUL. Buttons sewn together shut, cheap fabric and odd sizing. Would love for someone from this company to reach out for a refund.

I'm not even slightly dumb when it comes to this stuff... But this is the worst product I have ever ordered. It is nothing like what it would appear online. No confirmation email ever came. Website is a looped nightmare. Returns policy timeline cancels itself out. Description so vague as to negate any opportunity for refund. I got scammed for £38 when I tried to quickly purchase what should have been a nice product. Bad for industry as will think again before impulse buying fun looking things again. Getonfleek you are a bunch of thieves and justice will find you. Karma will punish you.
