GetonfleekReviews of getonfleek.com

I purchased a few T-shirts and jumpers. The product received did not meet expectations set by the website. The material feels cheap and doesn't breathe - certainly doesn't meet their claim to "soft & comfortable". Wouldn't buy from this mob again so much so that they offered me store credit for my disappointment (clearly missed the point of my feedback) and i turned it down.

I have ordered from this website twice. The products are always good, that is the reason I went back but it takes FOREVER to get what you order no matter whether it is a holiday or not (ordered 1st time the end of September). It cannot even be fully blamed on the shipping process, both times they took well over a month to even ship and DO NOT get expedited shipping. This is the main reason I gave such a low rating. This last time I paid extra (quite a bit extra) for expedited production and shipping. They charge extra because this apparently gets you faster shipping and puts your purchase on a production fast track. This is a lie. The production time actually took longer this time around and it is the same shipping used as the basic shipping. I will not be ordering again because of this.

I am not happy with their shipping. I am waiting for this from 2 months and it arrived today.

No No No. A big NO. I will not recommend them. Go with any other store.

I'm not happy with their service. Late shipping and not what's in the picture.

Not Happy with their services. I've ordered a tee and got it after 45 days. Poor delivery.

The photos of crewnecks show cotton sweaters but they are actually poorly made polyester crewnecks that fit uncomfortably tight. Do not buy a crewneck sweater if you're looking for fluffy cotton, make sure to read the fine print at the bottom and don't make the same mistake I did. Shipping took around 3-4 months to get to Australia but customer service got back to me fairly quickly when I wanted to return them so not all bad. Ended up just selling them off but I definitely won't buy from the website again and next time I'll just go to a local printing shop to have something like this done.

I ordered from this company on November 22nd and am still waiting to receive a package from them. I live abroad, so I know to expect longer shipping times, but the item wasn't even posted until more than a month after I ordered it. I emailed the company 23 days after placing my order to ask for a cancellation, and received an automated response that told me I would have to wait 3-5 business days for a response. I waited for 9. By then they had posted my package and used the response to my query to tell me that since it had already shipped they could not cancel the order. As far as I know they charge almost half the cost of the item as a restocking fee for any returned item, and the return postage must be paid by the consumer. The timing seems too convenient. If the thing comes and isn't trash--not holding my breath at this point--then fair play to them on just being really bad at what they do. In any case, if they want people to stop complaining about their business they should update their website to indicate that manufacturing and shipping of their goods requires at least a month. That way people could plan accordingly. There's no harm in telling the truth.
