GetOEMParts.comReviews of getoemparts.com

quick, professional transaction and service

Ordered online and they had a VIN entry area to be sure the parts were exact fit my vehicle. It confined they were the exact parts I needed. Which I thought was way cool and put my mind at ease in ordering these parts. Two weeks later I received an E-mail saying that one was NOT for me vehicle. That got me second guessing the entire process. After several E-mails more she assured me that she would have the exact part. Which she did. Two weeks later I got them and it all worked out. If not for the pandemic I'm sure the process would have gone faster. Tempted to give only 4 stars but I was told ahead if time to be patient and they did catch their online ordering mistake with the VIN verification. Would order from them again without hesitation.

I was apprehensive at first given some of the reviews but needed to find a very specific piece of trim for my car. I could not be more pleasantly surprised. The communication from the start with the order confirmation to notifying me of the need to special order a piece and all the way to finish was amazing. The piece arrived and was perfect. Definitely coming back for any parts needs in the future!
