7/27/21. I have order a single part from GetOEMParts.com and paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. I ordered before reading the many horrible reviews on this site and now am anxious about receiving a part that I need to get my vehicle back on the road. This part is in stock at other online retailers but it was slightly cheaper here. I see no reason they should not have it in stock as well. As a business owner myself I know that reviews are bias toward the negative as people with poor experiences are the ones who have the most reason to write them. For this reason I try and give positive reviews whenever possible. I figure that if anyone needs one it's a company like this, however honesty is the most important part of any review and I plan on using this post to update my experience, positive or negative. So far the shopping experience has been pleasant and I promptly received an automated confirmation email as expected. As such I will start with five stars and will adjust my rating as my experience warrants. 7/28/21 I received an email this morning indicating that the part ordered does not match my vehicle based on the VIN entered at checkout. Unfortunately they didn't have the part needed so I have had to cancel my order. As so far everything has proceeded promptly and efficiently and I have kept the five star rating as such. I will post again reflecting the how the cancelation process goes. 7/28 I promptly received a confirmation email that my order had been canceled and that my charges would be refunded. The email indicated the process may take up to 7 days to show on my accounts. I will update one last time to confirm the refund and make any final adjustments to my rating. 7/30 Refund came through with no troubles. Ultimately while my experience may not have been complete, as there was no shipping and no parts to base a review off of, I had no trouble dealing with GetOEMParts and would probably recommend them to a friend with caution. If my experience has one lesson it's to do everyone a favor and enter your VIN at checkout. This will make sure you get the proper part and not waste your time returning items, and will help OEMParts not have to deal with irate customers who should have been more complete in their ordering process in the first place. I have no reason not to give them a full 5 stars.

Had the part I needed and shipped quickly!

Took a sh!t load of time to process just like other reviews said but boy did they deliver on a part I could not find anywhere. It’s oem just like it said and it worked correct part and all. I put an order in the beginning of April got a message Friday that said it was processed and now on it’s way from Rhode Island and I can’t believe it was at my door on Monday morning in California so pleased.

Took awhile to get the part. The part was exactly what I needed and half the price any other oem supplier had it listed
