Fast delivery and great service

Order number 328904. I ordered a hubcap for my Chevy Silverado on Sept. 10 and as of today Sept. 20 I have not received my part. I did receive a reply to my many email inquiries from a person by the name of Ann C. ( thank you Ann) but I still don’t know the status of my order. If they’re having an issue getting it I would be ok if that was the issue and they informed me of it but I haven’t been told anything so I’m still waiting and they got paid for it as per my bank statement. Not a great experience…. Update- I relieved an email from them a day after I wrote this review informing me my order is “in progress” and that someone should be reaching out to me soon with more information. That’s positive so I’m hopeful they will follow thru. They get an extra star for that..! I received a reply from GetOEMparts today 09/21/21 with a detailed summary of why my order was delayed ( Thank You)…!! That’s all I needed and I completely understand. Thanks again. I’m now changing my review to a positive one. I was so glad to hear from you informing me that you were doing all you could do to get my order shipped and that should be receiving it by this weekend. It’s now late Saturday night and no pkg.. I sent multiple emails to your company to inquire about it and ask for tracking information but nothing … I’m trying real hard to be understanding but I’m running out of patience here… I think I need to request for my money to be sent back to me and cancel this order. This is the only way that you seem to reply to me is thru this website. I look forward to hearing from you on this. This all started 2 weeks ago. I’m done hearing about your excuses honestly.

Part was ordered, I received numerous updates. I was notified when the part was available and when it shipped. It was well packaged and the correct part at the best price I could find.

I normally never leave reviews for things , but i saw all the negative reviews and feel the need to share my positive experience. As soon as i placed the order i received a confirmation email , 2 days later i was notified the part i ordered required special ordering. About 4 business days later I was emailed the my part was being shipped to me , and I got it 3 days later. Really no negative experiences it was a very smooth experience!
