Good afternoon Gonzalo, I located your order, and do see the notation where our warehouse apparently crossed your shipment with another and sent you the wrong item. I do apologize for that error on our part. I also see where you requested an RMA for the incorrect , which was issued and a full refund of your order was processed on Aug 6th?. At 1000+ packages daily we are bound to make a mistake, and for that I apologize, but from outward appearances, it looks like our team was responsive and courteous?. Dear Ahmad, I do apologize for your experience.. We run very tight fraud filters, and you order was highlighted as a potentially fraudulent transaction. I see in your order details that a very detailed email stating why we had to cancel the order was sent to the email associated with your order. I understand the frustration, but in the world we live in today, there are threats that we need to safeguard against. I'm sure you can understand?.. Best Regards, Mike

In reviewing your order, I do see where you elected not to supply the requested VIN# so that our team can confirm your selection in our detailed factory catalogs. We do ask for this information in several places and then again on the checkout page. to ensure that the item selected is correct for your specific vehicle.
