The most important thing you need to know is that this is part of Tasca car group/Tasca.com. Your customer service is horrible they have nothing in stock they will take your order and then tell you you have to wait weeks to get what you need.

in the process of ordering a part and it's almost impossible to reach someone.... I've been calling on my phone for over an hour now and can speak with anyone..... I will probably be able to leave a better review when I can actually reach someone.... but right now.... I'm annoyed....

I ordered a coil spring and shock tower bracket for my f250. I received the driver side with I needed the passenger side. I tried calling multiple times and press 1 for the online orders in just rings and rings no one answers the phones. I sent 3 emails still no replys???

Awful company! I ordered a replacement sway bar for my Ram 1500. I entered my VIN as suggested. They did verify my Links were incorrect and switched them for me but they sent me the incorrect stabilizer bar. I notified them that they sent wrong part and they told me they would not refund because I installed it on truck. I sent a reply email stating we never installed because it is clearly the wrong part and can not be installed. Never got a reply back from them. Now I'm stuck with a $300 stabilizer bar.

Unfortunately, it appears as if the last email we received from you was on 9/3( clarifying VIN Number). At this point, it does not appear as if, your request for a return would have been denied. Worst company I have ever dealt with, phone system just sends you in circles. They shipped me an empty box.... no part no packing just a long box for a running board with nothing in it. Now they are ignoring my emails and won't answer the phone. Place is a joke

We ordered a part that didn't work for what we needed. Paid shipping to get it and have to pay shipping to return it. We want to return it and need an RA #. We have called over 5 days and each time been on hold for 2+ hours and then the phone disconnects. We have sent 3 emails requesting assistance getting an RA #, and had no response. The return window expires soon, and we cannot return it without this. Poor customer service at best. Very disappointed with the customer care aspect. Follow up-was requested to email them with order info. Sent info and email came back as "undeliverable-bad address or unable to receive mail"

You're taking a very big risk with these fools if your part along with time is of the essence. They do not deliver on time, do not answer calls, and do not call back to provide updated parts status. This apparently has the makings of a fake scam/pretend company with unprofessionals at the helm, not even deserving of a one-star rating.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!!!!!! Ordered a part for my SUV. Website said item was in stock. 8 DAYS LATER.. I get an email telling me they had to special order my part because it WASN’T in stock and it would take 3-5 days for them to get it in and then they would ship it to me. That’s 8 days to inform me + 3/5 for them to get it and 3/5 to ship it to me. THAT’S 18 Days!!!!!!! Nobody answers the phone there. They don’t respond to emails. SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!! Order at your own risk and expect BS to follow!! Follow Up: Finally received part 9/3/20. Ordered 08/17/2020. Expected delivery was 8/26/20. That’s 17 days to save $20.00 for something the dealer could’ve had in 2 days. Shame on me!!
