Your year make and model is certainly a god way to narrow down options for your vehicle however, For the most accurate part fitment we encourage customers to specify their VIN number. Customers have the opportunity to enter their VIN when viewing their cart and also at checkout. We are currently in the process of making the VIN number a mandatory field at check out, to avoid situations like these. With that being said, after reviewing your order we've identified a couple of instances when we could have processed your order more effectively. Please note that order processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Your order was placed on a Sunday therefore, your order processing time begins on Monday. We would be remiss if we did not point out several factors that may have impeded our ability to process your order. Your order was placed on Saturday 1/9. When we arrived in our office on Monday morning 1/11, a customer service representative sent you an email, explaining that the parts you ordered were back-ordered and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for us to re-order your parts. Your parts should be arriving today or Monday and will be shipped from our facilities immediately. In addition, your account had been flagged for fraud due to an AVS mismatch, this too may have affected the overall turn around time of your order. We took a look into this order and appears as if your order may be experiencing delays due to shipping complications. USPS claims your package was shipped out with an insufficient address. On January 3 your parcel was marked as unclaimed/being returned to the sender. We apologize for the inconvenience, as USPS has been hopelessly overwhelmed the past few months and we've noticed a trend in missing/ Unclaimed parcels. If you would like, One of our customer service representatives could certainly help you file a claim with USPS before your parcel is sent back to our Warehouse.
