I have had an order in place for almost two months and after the initial we received your order there has been almost no communication. I've got a canned response almost everyday via email that says your order is in process when customer service receives it they will contact you. I have reached out four or five times and getting no replies back. I would stay far away from the site. The biggest issue is I'm still left trying to find this part all over again.

This is the third time that I have written a review sorry I keep repeating myself but they continue to ignore me. I don’t think I have ever been as frustrated with an online company as I am now. I spent almost $250 with this company for a new parts and got used ones and as I said they will not answer any of my complaints And when they did they said they were going to return my money but they left me no way to answer them. They gave me somebody named Jeff and as his email all they gave me was an X please do not buy from this company Taska parts if you are serious about returning my payment just do it until then I will keep updating this bad review

Received the wrong part cannot contact anyone to get return authorization #. Will not answer email, phones are not being answered at this time, live chat will not connect. Do not use this company.

Received the wrong part, and now am literally unable to contact ANYONE to get a return processed. By phone, email, chat... nothing. Do not buy from this scam outfit.

I paid for a power seat switch for my 2014 silverado, their email sent after the order says to keep an eye on my email for the shipping status in 2-4 days, it's been over a week now and still no communication, I've called both numbers and their message states they aren't taking calls even though it's during business hours. They haven't responded to my emails. I am contacting a lawyer today so I can recoup my money from these thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM getoemparts.com. You will be ripped off. You will never recieve your parts and they will try to charge ridiculous amounts to ship something you will NEVER receive.

Order brake pads over 6 weeks ago.... No responses no refund...pretty sure its a SCAM
