Good luck getting a refund. I return an item in Oct 2020, and still have not gotten refunded. I have called and emailed several times and still have had no luck. Makes me wonder if this is even a legit website. Don't even bother ordering from here. Even if it means spending more money elsewhere

I have tried to return what I ordered, and I have not heard anything back from this company. I have tried numerous times. The part that they sold me claimed it fit with the VIN number of my vehicle, but it was the wrong part.

Have made several attempts to contact company to cancel order, no response. Trying to return part, no response by phone or email. Took money right away but no customer service. Next action is to contact BBB. I don’t think company is legit.

Sorry I could not post negative stars. I do not how good the parts they supply are because I can not get any parts! I got daily emails saying my order was being processed for three weeks! Then got notice with tracking that part was shipped. Tracking showed my part shipped around and returned to their warehouse. Have called and emailed for update.; no response! I am reversing charges on my credit card and finding a company that has a customer service dept.!!!

Hello Carl, We appreciate your review of the services provided at GetOEMparts.com and would like to thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns with our team. Here at GetOEMparts.com, we value reviews received from customers, as they provide us with powerful insight and helps us determine what aspects of our service could be perfected. After reviewing your order within our system we were able to confirm why your part was returned by USPS. It appears as if the address provided at checkout was deemed insufficient by USPS and therefore returned to the sender. Also, We've contacted the customer service representative assigned to your order and you should receive an email from them shortly. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review and we look forward to hearing from you.

Never got my part. It's been 3 weeks. I ordered through FairwayFord and got my parts much quicker

Ordered my part on the 18th and still hasn’t been shipped. The shipping cost more then the part and yet it’s still hasn’t been shipped. Also no one picks up the phone and the web chat is a joke. I’m still waiting....
