I think I'm being scammed
Order a part, was charged immediately. I later received an email stating that the part was on back order and they asked if I wanted to wait or would I like a refund, I requested a refund. After waiting 2 full weeks, no refund. I then sent 4 unanswered emails. My final email was answered,telling me they recently switched systems, and that I should have my refund within a week. Well, a week later, still no refund. Update: It has been a full month and still no refund. The company has replied to this review but still has not responded to multiple emails request for information on the status of my refund. These guys are scammers, I've contacted my bank to start a fraud investigation.
