Unfortunately, Once the product has left our facilities, it is entirely up to the shipping provider selected at checkout, to fulfill the last leg of the transaction. It appears, In this case, the shipping provider was unable to do so. Fortunately, It appears as if your Visor cap arrived at your residence one day after this review was posted. I have shared your review with our team and we will work on the areas mentioned. After reviewing your order we noticed a few aspects, that impeded our ability to process your order. It appears as if your order was placed on the 16th of august. On August 18th a customer service representative reached out with the following email. "Thank you for placing your order with GetOEMParts.com! While reviewing your order (Order 320975#) for processing I've discovered a compatibility issue. The part in your order is not showing as compatible for your vehicle per the VIN provided. I am showing part #GN1Z-15266-BD as the correct part for your vehicle for your LAMP BEZEL" "After receiving no response, our customer service representative sent the following email on 8/19/2021 Thank you for placing your order with GetOEMParts.com! While reviewing your order (Order 320975#) for processing I've discovered a compatibility issue. The part in your order is not showing as compatible for your vehicle per the VIN provided. I am showing part #GN1Z-15266-BD as the correct part for your vehicle for your LAMP BEZEL" While we understand your frustrations, we hope that you acknowledge that our customer service representative reached out with the sole intention of providing you with the correct parts as indicated by the VIN # provided at checkout. If the parts ordered had been shipped as intended you would find that they would not fit your vehicle, upon arrival. It appears as if we had the pleasure of speaking with you the morning of 8/19/2021. Despite our best efforts to convince you of your part mismatch you had opted to receive a refund for your order which was promptly completed within 2 minutes of closing your chat. Again we apologize for your frustrations and hope to better assist you in the future.

Dear Freddy, We apologize your experience was anything but positive... We do work very hard each day to make the online buying experience as convenient & transparent as possible.. Based on your comments, We felt a look into your order was warranted.. I found a few details that do not match up to your comments?. • We pride ourselves on checking fitment on every order that has a vin# supplied. Our checkout process actually includes a required entry of supplying the vin#, opting not to supply the Vin#, or I am modifying the vehicle from stk and the vin# does not apply.. Your order arrived with no vin# supplied, so verifying your choice was not possible. • Your order date was 7/20 @ 2:51am (MST) and was processed and shipped on 7/29, received on 8/2.. yes agreed, this took longer than typical, however we feel a month is not accurate representation of the delay you experienced. • Your email requesting a return came to our team on 8/9 @ 7:02pm and a second request at 7:48pm (after the close of our support team) .. Your RMA was generated and information sent to your email on 8/10 @1:35pm Again I apologize that you did not get the item you really needed, and had a vin# been supplied, the error would have been caught and corrected..
