I wrote several times to try to cancel the order I never received a reply and your live chat isn't live on top of that the order number I was given didn't show up as a real order when I tried to contact you about this matter I will definitely be giving you as many 1 star reviews as I can to let others know what a terrible company and horrible customer service you I have or should I say non existing customer service you have.

I have also been trying to contact them for a return. I sent an email to cancel the order the day I ordered with no response. Still received the part and now I just sit in the queue with no response. Not worth the hassle. Order #338778

Do not do business with this company. Bad business practices. Best bet just use someone else. Will be alot faster and will save you the headache of the return process

Shipping is slow with no cominication. 11 days i get a tracking number that isnt active... Never will i and will tall everone i meet not ro use them... What a joke this is.

We ordered a part for our son's car (in stock). The following day received an email stating a part had to be special ordered. Unfortunately, I waited until then to read up on their reviews. we found the part locally and I immediately called to cancel the order and request a refund. I also called Tasca Collision which is the physical address they provided and was transferred to their 'internet ordering dept.'. Left a message, no return call. Then last evening I received an email stating the order was 'in progress' with no mention of my complaints or refund request. I emailed them again explaining that I wanted to cancel the order, and that I would be notifying the BBB, leaving a message here and contacting the RI Attorney General (as another customer did). I don't see how they can remain in business. I will update reviews if this gets resolved. But no matter what, I would not recommend doing business with these people. Another lesson learned!

Paid for faster shipping just for the item to end up taking longer than it should have. Not happy, not shopping on this site again. Faster shipping should mean it actually takes as long as it's option states. 2 day shipping option should mean I'll get it within two business days after the order is places and not an entire week and two business days....

These guys are crooks! Don't do any business with them. They charged me 239.83 shipping without disclosing it till the item (a 14 x 16 inch back slider window ) was supposedly shipped. I tried to contact them and have received absolutely no communication back. It's been over a month and it still hasn't been delivered.
