This place is by far the Worst place I have Ever ordered from. I live 4.5 miles from this Co. and they tell me it's a special order part. They are part of the Tasca Ford dealership which is a mere 0.9 miles away from each other, who by the way had my part in stock. Needless to say,I emailed these people as well as tried to use their Supposed chat line and called the phone number listed on their site, (1-877-498-7278) to cancel my order and refund the money paid as well as the shipping.Surprise...No response what so ever.!!!! Buyer Beware, to me this place is a black hole that takes your money and does nothing else.!!

It seems as the only way they respond is if you write on here. I tried emailing them several times about my order #340483. Their chatting queue is non existent. They said they had to special order the parts i paid for would take 5 days. I have not received any tracking or response from them.Keep in mind I placed the order since 10/18 They quickly took my money but don't send the parts. At this point i filed a dispute with paypal i want all of my money back. The high shipping rate they upcharge to wait for the product aint even worthy! BEWARE

Sent me the wrong part and have email ‘‘em and no response

I received emails every few days that my order was "in progress" after an initial email of delay in shipping. I tried cancelling through email, live chat, & phone through Getoemparts & their sister companies Tasca and Newautoparts.com. No response, or mode of communication with any of the three companies. No way to cancel my order, & get the part from a reputable company with a reasonable expectation in delivery and communication. 2 1/2 weeks passed before the part finally came.

Ordered the part that their website told me fit my truck. Got an email saying that it was the wrong part do you want us to give you the correct part and refund the difference. I answered that email said yes etc. I then got the same email again every day for over a week which I answered every day for over a week. Tried to call them they don't accept calls. Tried to email them they don't answer my emails. Tried to live chat them they never get me connected. I've contacted PayPal to get my refund and I'm going to authorities.

Order #341131, This part was ordered on 10/21/21 We have not received a confirmation email nor have we had any response from the emails weve sent. On 11/ we sent an email and the response was do you have an order number? which we responded to right away and then were left on read for 4 days. What is going on with your customer service. Obviously its terrible thats why you dont have phone support. Im sorry you do Its just not online currently and you hope it will be soon?! And now Im in Queue waiting for a representitive? for 10 minutes

I paid extra for overnight shipping. 2 days after the order was placed, I get a email that one of the parts was special ordered. 2 days later (After contacting them) I get the Tracking number and a 2 day delivery date. I dont mind the delay, BUT I DO MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR IT! When I ordered the parts they were shown as in stock. No mention was made of SPECIAL ORDER. So I based my shipping on that . I guess I should have taken the option to cancel . Well I lived , learned and got burned.

These folks are a SCAM Cannot get in touch, returned my item, never even out of original box because it took so long to get I had to get it somewhere else and order was cancelled. Now it seems they will not refund my money.
