I placed an order for passenger side seat back recliner handle for a 2011 g m c Acadia I have been charged for it I have received no shipping notification and no updates on it this is very distressing I wish to know what's going on but most of the time I can't even access their website very poor setup and access to customer service

I gave this company 1☆ because the delivery was fine, but that was it. The tail lights were defective and the warranty was supposed to be honored by Ford. That is what the customer service/parts person told me, that was a Bald Face Lie!!! All the dealerships turned down the warranty. The Getoemparts.com company would honor the warranty ,as long as l sent the defective tail lights back,(which would disable my vehicle) for who knows how long, and no expedite offer! SAVE YOURSELF MAJOR FRUSTRATION, BUY ELSEWHERE!! UPDATE: I have contacted Ford parts warranty CS, they told me that they are not familiar with GetOEMparts.com and could not do anything to help ,as the warranty would only be honored if bought thru a brick and mortar Ford dealership. So again I asked if they could expedite/overnight the replacements ,or send me a new set and I would return the defective lights (taillights) Answer ,cannot do.

As many have stated the communication in non-existent. No phone numbers listed on the site so you can't call. They ask you to use chat but no one responds. This is the last communication I received 11 days ago. Per this email my order should have shipped. I think refund in now in order. "Thank you for shopping with us! One or more items from your recent order (Order 350599) has required special ordering, but should be ready to ship to you soon. Your complete order will be shipped as soon as the special ordered items arrive at our warehouse (in about three to five business days)."

Probably the worse ecommerce service I have EVER had and that says a lot since I buy so much online. The said it was sent, FedEx cant find anything but a number and they dont answer phones and I waited online for 1.5 hours in queue just to do an online chat. There are plenty of other reliable companies to work with, so just keep moving on past this company.

I was supposed to receive my item that a friend gave me his money to order for him and it said arriving by Dec 1st and still have yet to receive nor get a reply back from OEM parts after i emailed them a few data ago

i have left emails tried to call no response. I have confirmation on returned item Tuesday 9th nov. have not seen a refund. I would advise other to not do business with this group.

Have a 30 day return window but require an RMA. Am unable to request one. No response via phone, live-chat, or e-mail. Been trying 3 weeks. Volvo catalog error but I'm still out the money. Have used site TascaParts before but never had a return issue. Now I would warn against.
