As per the terms of service on our site, we no longer offer phone support, instead, we've transitioned to live chat as we feel it allows our staff to address customer concerns in a much timelier manner. As for your order, our system shows that Your order was placed on 12/27/2021. It appears as if our SMS system sent out your tracking on 1/7/2021. In addition, your designated customer service representative reached out on Monday, 1/10/2022 with your tracking information. We value customer feedback above all else, with that being said, we are devastated to learn you had a sub-par experience with our site. After reviewing your order, there are a few points we would like to clarify, as we believe it will help you have a more pleasurable experience with our products and services in the future. Every product on the getoemparts.com site displays the following message, "PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and some may require special ordering from the manufacturer." This particular order happened to need special ordering, delaying your shipment. Additionally, our account shows that your order was placed on 12/16 and shipped on 12/29. While we understand your frustrations, we feel 10 business days hardly accounts for an entire month. Again we appreciate your review and hope to have the pleasure of servicing you with OEM parts in the future.
