Was super easy to find the exact part I needed for my boyfriends car. The prices are great, the service was excellent, and the part will be delivered sooner than expected.

I ordered a trunk visor for my 2016 Ford C-Max, which is a hatchback, so the visor is essential for privacy and for preventing it from getting too hot. My product arrived slightly broken. However, it still works just as good, so I'm going to keep it and use it. But the company should consider more protective packaging especially for items in which a breakage may render the product entirely useless.

I purchased my replacement turn signal from GetOEMParts.com. the website is easy to navigate and I enjoy that I can insert my vin number to verify if a part will work for my vehicle. It was easy to place my order. The only down side was the shipping time (I selected the cheapest shipping option). I know this was out of GetOEMPart.com hands but the part arrived a week later then the estimated timeline. Luckily I have not had to use my vehicle as much and that my turn signal was still usable until the part came in. It was packaged nicely and the part is working very well so far!

Ordered a part which I required and really needed in order to finalize an important build. This has costed me time and money. I attempted to reach out via email and cellphone but no reply and it has now been over a week. The order was placed on 11/25/20 and I even gave them time over the holidays to see if my order had even processed but no luck. Still no answer from them. UPDATE: they have replied to my email and updated me on the situation, you just need to have a lot of patience with this company especially if you live across the country like I do haha. Will be giving 4 stars because of the customer service.

Ordered a tailgate step component for my Ford F150 pickup. For a special ordered Ford OEM part, it took about a week to come. Which is typical even when ordering from a dealer. Especially in a time of covid. I live in a rural area about 90 miles from the nearest Ford dealership. Being able to order this part online was a great benefit for me. And the price was about 15% cheaper than what I was quoted by a Ford dealership. I have no complaints about the service and price.
