I found when I received the part I ordered (it was exactly what I ordered) that I didn't need the part. The person I contacted was very courteous and understanding, and made it very easy to return the part. I received a refund as promised. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and also with the quality of the part. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!! Next time I'll make sure I order the right part.

Fast shipping I ordered online I put my VIN number in they told me that wasn't a right part for that VIN number and gave me the correct part and the price difference which it was cheaper good service and I receive my part in 2 days

First of all, let me say that I ordered the part (sideview mirror cover for Ford Explorer), and then thought of checking the reviews for this place. Well yikes, I was beating myself up for not reading the reviews beforehand as I normally would, and just figured, oh well, I’ll never get the part! That said, my experience was no less than GREAT! Upon submitting my order, I received an email stating that the part did not match the VIN # provided. There were about 3 email exchanges to confirm the correct part and order. The package even arrived a day earlier than indicated. I wish to commend Johanny for providing excellent customer service and to the company for identifying my error in the first place.

Getoemparts.com is not a scam,I just ordered a part 9/2020,I ordered a wrong part,they actually double check the order by Vin# before they process it,turns out it was the wrong part I checked,they sent me an email to let me know and sent me the right part,thankful for that,customer service,shipping was Excellent, will definitely order my parts from them,100% Legit Company They deserve more than 5 Stars !!!!
