false positives unable to complete setup
Response from NotionMay 23, 2022
Hi John, Thanks for reaching out with your message. I'm so sorry for the issues yu are having with false notifications. We'd love to help get your system back on track. Let's try resyncing the door task on your sensor with the magnet installed. From the Home screen in the Notion app on your phone: 1. Tap on the task that needs to be resynced 2. On the Task Details screen, tap on the Settings tab at the top 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Resync Door Task 4. Follow the in-app instructions Let me know if the issue persists after resyncing and we can offer a few other suggestions as needed.

Absolutely fantastic and very user friendly system to install and maintain. The flexibility of what you can have each sensor monitor and report to you is amazing and all activations provided in real time to our phones. Very impressed and highly recommended. Only criticism at this time is the seemingly limited access to additional sensors/suppliers in Australia which I would love to add and expand our home coverage as this is a brilliant product.
