good general experience, but connectivity is not reliable. Have frequently had to re install the system when my router reboots which is a pain.

Nobody is perfect, but Notion strives to get there. They dealt with my misunderstandings about the Notion system easily.

I wasn't aware that I had a problem. I followed the instructions in the email. Changed the batteries and put the magnet up. I'm back on line and every things good.

Sensor kept thinking door was open when it wasn’t. It dinged so many times I ripped the batteries out at midnight. Resynced it about 14 times before it finally settled down and began to work.

Our Notion sensors just saved us a lot of time and money!! At midnight, it detected a leak in our downstairs bathroom. When we investigated, we noticed water running down the walls and onto the tiles where the sensor was located. We called a plumber first thing the next morning and the issue was fixed by 11.30am and only cost us $200. Had we not had Notion sensors, it may have been over a week before we detected the issue as we rarely use the downstairs bathroom and the damage and cost would have meant an insurance claim for sure!! Highly recommend!!

I have only been with Notion for a very short time but so far I have have experienced a very positive relationship. After a issue during the installation of the app on my phone customer service was very quick to resolve my issue.
