This product is really bad, the signal drops off and it's almost impossible to reconnect, it's a waste of money and time. YOU LITTERALLY HAVE TO RECONNECT IT EVERY DAY. ITS A ZERO STAR FOR ME.

We’ll be reaching out to you personally via email to touch bases. We want to learn more about what happened and how we can make things right.

We had a connectivity issue with the bridge and got onto Notion who immediately sent out a new one. It's all working well now 👌 Why wouldn't anybody want these great gadgets in your home as a potential pre-warning against issues that may occur 🤔 So not only are they doing a great little job, but saving you money on your insurance, I'm very happy with Honey and Notion

When I call, customer service is always patient and professional. And the system let's me know when the door is open, temperature etc, and it's accurate.

The devices were easy to install with step-by-step instructions. Was able to place devices and activating while cooking dinner.
