Some initial difficulties with setup, then seemed OK. App updated and required new log-in as old password did not work. Appears to be functioning as expected now.

I have had endless trouble with these sensors. After weeks of trying to connect the bridge, notion sent me a new bridge. Tried to connect this new bridge but kept recognizing the old one. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still goes back to the old one. No option to add another bridge. Cannot get any assistance with notion because they are always closed. I work FT so not at home in the hours they are open. It's been a very stressful journey with no end in sight.

The magnet you sent me seems to have taken care of the back door notion indicating the door was used when it wasn't.

Feel more secured to have the door sensors when I am away. I want to check gas and lights if possible.
