This company makes recurring payment charges and forces you to call an international number to cancel.

as so many stated the ad on IOLO did not indicated the service was billed monthly --only to find out after two charges have been made. called the company to stop and realized I was paying for tech support as part of the 19.95 price. stopped the process and notified my bank of misuse of services and billing I am in the process of disputing the company charges. So do not sign up and I am really disappointed in IOLO supporting this type of misuse

I installed My driver's installation, it was easy. I scanned my computer, it updated some drivers. After rebooting, I lost my sound and use of my microphone. I called customer support they worked on my computer for over four hours could not restore my sound. They said I should take it to a local computer store to be fixed. It cost me $75 to have the computer repaired, I now have sound and use of my microphone.

LIKE A VIRUS Get my drivers are acting like a virus, appearing on the screen and hard to get rid of.

I too have been somehow scammed and 'signed up' without knowing how it happened. Just got billed $19.95 for a recurring payment that I was totally unaware of. I watch closely for this kind of scam... but somehow they pulled it off on me anyway. BE CAREFUL. I WILL BE ATTEMPTING TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. IF THEY GIVE ME ANY PROBLEMS WITH CANCELLING I'LL BE BACK HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN WITH BAD REVIEWS TO KEEP YOU POSTED.
