I’ve been using GetMyBoat for years now as a boat owner/charter company. I’ve had incredible customer service from Darrell and his team. I can request a phone call or help, and I get it within 24 hours…but usually within an hour. This weekend we had a tough client who booked a charter with us. We explained clearly that we require a bar package and charge for additional guests. They tried to cancel the day of bc they didn’t want to pay for a bar package. Over holiday weekends we have minimums, like most event spaces. Anyways, she agreed to it before she booked and then tried to get out of it. I spoke with GetMyBoat and they supported me as a boat owner, spoke with the client, and also let me know that I could refuse services and still receive my payout since it the terms were clear and agreed to. With their support, the client eventually came to the table and paid for their event, and had a wonderful time. Without the support of GetMyBoat, I think we wouldn’t have been able to walk away whole and would have lost the Memorial Day slot.

Such a wonderful experience on this boat! My husband and I were in San Francisco for the weekend and decided to take a boat ride and we are SO GLAD we did! Captain Timothy was extremely kind, hospitable, accommodating, and overall a great guy! The boat was VERY clean and essentially had anything you could need to have an amazing relaxing and fun trip. Captain Timothy took us around the Golden Gate Bridge, the Oakland bridge, oracle park, Alcatraz, and other great and amazing views. He also made sure to take photos of us at all the main attractions, which was very appreciated. I would 100% recommend hiring Tim and his boat for your boat needs. We will definitely be taking this boat again when we’re in the area!

I had an awesome experience booking with GMB. Planning a bachelor party for a large group, on a budget, is no small feat. We booked a boat in Austin, TX using GetMyBoat and it was the highlight of the trip. The experience was seamless, end to end, with great communication, great prices, and smiling faces all around. The entire group was asking where/how I booked the lake adventure and I was happy to share my discovery of GMB.

A group of friends I used GetMyBoat for a day trip in Barcelona. It was an easy and fantastic experience. Our captain was great as well. We had an amazing time sailing around Barcelona. 100% recommend.
