I only gave 3 stars at the moment because yes the process was simple and easy but that is the only experience I’ve had with Mode not exactly sure if things are gonna go smoothly later on down the line or not I hope they do. I’m just being cautious o haven’t have enough dealings with Mode to leave a higher star rating. Thank you for making it go smoothly so far. Would I recommend Mode ? Yes I think I would. This process took way too long. I scanned and returned all documents immediately upon receipt and I don't know what was going on at Mode in the meantime. I believe it would have been quicker to just go to a dealer.
