They make refinancing as easy and simple as possible, they also do the title work the smart way with getting the docs needed before signing any contracts, my previous loan was paid within 10 days!

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint would be when I sent an email with documents I did not hear back for a week, when I called to see if it had been received they told me there were no documents attached! I would have liked some communication to ask to try and resend!

Amazingly quick from start to finish...I may have gotten a better rate thru my bank but never would have had such quick service

It was hard in the respect that when you're working with MODE there is no way of seing the exact numbers being used to calculate your payment. If I wanted to know what the initial cost was I would have to call or check thru another branch OF GMAC to obtain that info; such as pay off amounts......

I wish there was some person to person communication so there might be some negotiating????

I felt that it took a long time to get my loan to go through. We started on it February 5th and we did not get it done till the first part of May. I turned everything in as I was supposed to and some how it got kicked out. Then I had to start all over which was very frustrating.
