I’ve really been loving this toothpaste. Since being diagnosed with gum disease, my mouth has become extremely sensitive, and other toothpastes would make my whole mouth light up in pain when I brushed. I don’t get that with LivFresh at all. I’ve also noticed that since using it, my gum bleeding is almost nonexistent, which is a huge deal for me. I’m honestly really happy I gave this toothpaste a try and I’m excited to try some of their other products. It’s definitely more expensive than regular toothpaste, but for me, it’s worth the money!

I've been using the gel and mouthwash for only a month and am already seeing a positive change in my gums. So much so that, despite the cost, I've signed up for the subscription. My next dental appt is next month, curious to see if my hygienist mentions any improvement!

I have used this product since it was first launched and really liked it, however, in the last few months, I have developed gum sensitivity and pain that feels like a “rawness”. I stopped using this toothpaste after my dentist also noticed a difference in my gums looking irritated and the irritation and pain went away very quickly. The bummer is I have 7 unused tubes I now can’t use.

Their products are really good, it did take a little while for our order to ship but once it did it arrived quickly. But I believe it was a preorder when the new product was coming out so they may have been why the delay. But I messaged them about it because we were running out and they messaged me back and let me know what was going on and they seem very caring. The customer service team is excellent! They take customer feedback into consideration for making new products. People including myself have been requesting flavors for children and they just put one out and I believe they said they're working on another flavor. And they seem to genuinely care. Highly unusual in this day and age but greatly appreciated. Plus they have great sales. Their products are expensive but if you catch it on sale it's not more than some of these other toothpastes I had been considering that they sell at other places and this stuff saved my aunt's teeth. Now they have this new product livfresh gum protect+ that has professional grade Stannous Fluoride in it, like the stuff the dentist prescribes for treatments and they said they are working on getting that in some new flavors, and possibly a kids version. We had been using the wintergreen livfresh our son hated it when he was just under 2 he couldn't talk yet to tell us he didn't like it so he took the tube out of the bathroom and squirted the majority of it all over the bed! when our son's teeth started getting bad from the flouride free natural toothpaste I started mixing it with his strawberry toothpaste and he started getting used to it and actually started liking the Wintergreen. I was going to reorder it for him he was just starting to get used to the flavor and I saw they had a mild mint flavor out now that he wanted to try but then I saw they have the fluoride one which he needs desperately. so he's dealing with the spiciness of the peppermint until they create a better flavor for him we've just been mixing a little bit of strawberry with it. He definitely likes it better than the bubble gum just for kids Stannous Flouride treatment gel that the dentist gave him.

I can't find a way to contact them or cancel my subscription. The link on their website to "cancel" plays a video suggesting you edit or pause your subscription. There is no way to cancel the ongoing subscription, no phone number to call and no reply to emails

I had placed a order and when received, it was wrong. Within a few minutes or so, I got a reply back. They sent me by email of a USPS label to get printed out so to return 2 items and after they receive, I'm to get sent my 2 correct items. This was my 1st time ordering from them after several months seeing a ad for them online. I have used for a few days now of their products and they are much better on me to use than the products that sit on store shelves including the one my dentist keeps telling me to use. I'll be ordering more from down the road when time to do so.

A prompt response by your associate was greatly appreciated !! I was advised by email three tubes were being getting ready to be shipped. I requested a cancellation as I just received 6 tubes the last couple of weeks.
