I have used this product since it was first launched and really liked it, however, in the last few months, I have developed gum sensitivity and pain that feels like a “rawness”. I stopped using this toothpaste after my dentist also noticed a difference in my gums looking irritated and the irritation and pain went away very quickly.
The bummer is I have 7 unused tubes I now can’t use.

A rating of '1', and a rating of '5'
Very few products/services garmer the kind of bi-polar rating that Livfresh sports: lots of 5s, lots of 1s, with almost nothing in between. My experience is both 1 and 5 - 1 for the ineffectiveness of the product given the cost: no whitening ability whatsoever, and the anti-plaque claim I did not see with my teeth. Given the outrageous cost of the product - AND know that it doesn't contain fluoride, which you need - this is just not good oral hygiene or value. I didn't realize that they had me on an auto-resend; so, even though I had no intention to buy more, they sent me the second shipment, which I marked RTS and contacted customer service. You'd think that's the end of the story: no! Two months later, another shipment, another charge. So I had to send it back the same way, and contacted customer service again. This time, they confirmed that it IS cancelled, and there'll be no other shipments (time will tell). Where '5' comes in is the expeditious and courteous manner in which they responded both times, with no hassles or delays. That's pretty good customer service.

If only…
The toothpaste definitely ‘cleans’ your teeth and leaves them feeling silky BUT this product does nothing for brightening or whitening… so if you’re a daily coffee or tea drinker be prepared for stained teeth (which looks AWFUL). If only they could combine their cleaning technology with a brightening technology it would then be a great product.
P.S. it took a while for the product to arrive on my doorstep.
