I placed my order on September 15 for one tube of the LIVFRESH Gel Toothpaste, and as I write this on September 23, I am really happy with how much better my teeth look and feel. I have ordered additional four tubes (two with one free LIVFRESH Gel Toothpaste, and one tube of the LIVFRESH Gum Protect and Gel Toothpaste). I am looking forward to trying the mouth wash in the future!

I’ve been a LIVFRESH customer since 2023 and have recommended their toothpaste to others because I genuinely believe in the product. This week, I finally had my first experience with their customer service—and it was exceptional. I accidentally ordered a five-pack of the wrong formula. The mistake was completely mine. I contacted LIVFRESH hoping they might allow me to return the unopened product and apply what I had paid toward the formula I intended to order. Instead, Crizelle told me to keep the five-pack and share it with family or friends, and LIVFRESH sent me the Gum Protect+ formula I had intended to purchase at no charge. I was genuinely taken aback. I didn't expect that level of generosity, particularly when the mistake was mine. But what stayed with me most was how I was treated. The communication was warm, personal, and genuinely kind. In a world that can sometimes feel hurried and impersonal, this was an unexpected reminder of what exceptional customer care feels like. I’ve recommended LIVFRESH for years because I believe in the product. Now I can just as enthusiastically recommend the people standing behind it.

Went to brush for the first time and it was very refreshing to the taste and the mouth. Wintergreen is wonderful.

The products are wonderful. I really like the wintergreen flavor. The customer service is stellar. For example, I accidentally ordered $175 of product that I did not need, there were 4 tubes at home already. 😳 They made the return and refund easy, (even though the post office returned the box to me 3x.)

Seriously the best toothpaste in the world. Now, grocery store toothpaste is literally grocery store toothpaste. This is oral health! I just had the fastest teeth cleaning ever and my dental hygienist literally asked me what I was doing different! My gums are so healthy and pink! I use the white strips, toothpaste and mouthwash, I’m all in!

Wonderful products and my request was responded to very quickly and they did exactly what I had asked for. Highly recommend.

I felt completely scammed after getting five tubes for over 90 dollars as a supposed "amazing sale" and then getting for 1.75 ounce tiny little travel size tubes. The product seems decent so I give it two instead of one star. But almost $20 per tiny travel size tube at a supposed "amazing sale" price? Nonsense dishonest scammy.
