I highly recommend Livewire
We have used Livewire on three different occasions and each time we have been extremely satisfied. Every employee we have had in our home has been extremely courteous and most competent.

Best Customer Service
Several years ago LiveWire installed a TV above my mantel I my condo. Through them I used a company called Frame My TV, so that my TV looked like a mirror when not in use. When I moved, the movers were reluctant to move the TV for fear of damaging it. I called LiveWire and explained the situation and they met me at my condo the day after I moved, followed me to my new apartment bringing my TV, and called me the next day to schedule hanging the TV. They went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I would recommend them to everyone. The guys were super.

Too dificult to do business with
the quality of the work is good. But it is just hard to do business with Livewire. It is hard to get an appointment. And then, when an appointment is set, they do not show up when scheduled. They just need to work on making it easier for the customer to do business with them.

We apologized to Mr. & Mrs. Kies and put processes in place to avoid a similar issue again. This morning we received the following from Mr. Kies: Henry, Lunda and I received your note and gift card when we arrived back in town on Sunday. First let me say what a class act that was to send a hand written note. While the gift card is very much appreciative and will be used for further services in the next couple of months, the note was very meaningful, especially to my wife. Her exact words were – “I really didn’t think they cared about customer service. WOW, this is amazing that the president would personally write a note. They obviously do care. I have a completely different opinion of them.” Thanks again for the note and the generous gift. We look forward to our continued relationship. Howard

Great help mounting our new flatscreen.
Moved into new home, needed someone experienced to mount flatscreen above fireplace. All steps went smoothly: initial visit, estimate, installation, and billing.

Another good experience
My husband and I asked the folks at Livewire to help us make some upgrades/changes to existing systems recently and once again, we are pleased with their suggestions and quality of workmanship.
