I've been taking for 2 months after which I went and did lab work, only to discover that all of my numbers were lower including A1C.

I bought these as skeptical as always but since taking for a couple of months my fasting blood sugar has dropped from 156 to 133! I’m sure it will improve more as I continue.. I won’t have an A1C until December but I’m expecting great things!

I ordered Ceylon cinnamon from Lirae for my husband when he was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. He was prescribed Metformin and had horrible digestive side effects. So dropped it and turned to cinnamon instead. He's taken it faithfully for over 2 months, and his A1C has gone from 8 to 6.5. We're very pleased!

I love the product. I don't have sugar spikes and A1C, down from 6.2 to 5.6. it actually works.
