I like the product, I only canceled my subscription as I have about 6 months worth of product as soon as I go through it I will reoder.

The product itself has been very helpful in decreasing my sugar spikes and length if the spike. I will continue to order and use this product. The website/customer service experience can use improvement. The recurring subscription process is horrible. If you order a multi month supply the recurring billing is monthly and does not take into account the number of months that you originally ordered or the 'extra' months supply you added onto your order with 'extra savings' offers. The website does not allow you to adjust your recurring subscription. You cannot contact customer service directly, only via emails, with a delay. Order tracking needs help too. Some 3rd party system is used, with very limited and confusing information provided. BUT, the product is great!

Good product

I was buying almost the exact product from another brand but was frustrated by their re-order process & lack of customer service. I was very happy my experience with Lirae's was the opposite. I also like the fact the capsules are smaller, with the same potency, so much easier to swallow. I've only taken them 1 week so far but if the results are the same as the previous brand after a couple months, I'll revise my review to a 5.

I started Lirae along with several other supplements at around the same time. I've been feeling much better while actively taking the regimen, and recently had a deep drop in my energy level for a couple of days when I forgot to take everything for 3-4 days in a row but also changed my eating patterns significantly (vacation). I've never tracked my blood sugar level regularly, so I can't say whether there's been any meaningful change; that will have to wait until my next physical/blood panel. It's definitely not hurting anything though. The one thing that was a bit odd was the after buying a 5-month (150 capsule) supply because of a sale offer, their auto-subscription set up to send another 5 month supply 30 days later; maybe the subscription system could use some software uptates to add better control?

Been on it for 2 weeks. Complelly stopped the Metformin and combining this with Alpha-Lipoic Acid and Berberine and feeling great. Losing weight and no post meal spikes. Feels like this could be a good addition to insulin resistance. Getting my A1C checked at the end of the month but I can already tell by how I feel that this regimen is working!!!

The company was responsive to my concerns whwn initial shipmemt was delayed. Subsequent shipmemts hace not had any issues.Lirae is helping to reduce my blood glucose levels and eliminate spikes.
