I bought this product for my brother. He's type 2 diabetic and he's an amputee due to a work accident. Due to the amputation he has suffered injuries to a spine, his hips and his rotator cuffs one by one. They're trying to fix them but it's a lot of surgeries. His back is the next one. However, this new surgeon wants his a1c down to seven. He's had such a hard time. Just keeping it at it at 8! Bought him these capsules. Pretty glad to report his doctors and excited with his recent numbers dropping and his next surgery is scheduled. I only give it a four because it just takes so long to get the product after buying it. I'm not sure where it's coming from but it just takes almost a month! But the customer service is very helpful and Friend like and quick to respond.. perhaps something can be down about the snail mail shipping.. outside of that I didn't do it. Five stars hands down...

I've just started my second bag of Ceylon Cinnamon. I have to say I'm quite surprised and pleased with the results to date. My a1C hasn't been tested yet, but I'm expecting to see improvement. Lirae CC is working so well that I have to be careful about eating. I often get busy and go long periods without eating. Since taking this product, I've been getting alarm notices about LOW blood sugar! So, I have to start eating a bit more frequently, I reckon. Thanks for a great product, y'all!
