Questionable product identity
I started taking Ceylon Cinnamon from Lirae when it was three gel pills, dark brown. The next shipment was Lirae but the "pills" were now larger and only one per day. In the meantime, I received and was charged for a shipment I didn't order and was put on an autoship program I didn't authorize. One company rep told me the unauthorized shipment had been canceled and someone else told me it couldn't be canceled and I ended up getting a product that looks nothing like the one I first received. I was pleased with my results from the first product I received. It was a 3-month supply, and my AIC is normal and my daily glucose readings are good. I can't credit Lirae for the stabilization of my blood sugar because of other medical treatments I have undergone during the same period. I believe strongly in nature-based treatments. I'm still not sure about Lirae amid all the talk about having their competition marketing their product under other names. I seems to me, you are the one doing that. I have three different packages, all marked Lirae, all three different looking products and all claiming to be Lirae. This is not an endorsement since I'm not sure which Lirae I'm taking.
