I’ve been taking Lirae for two months, it does seem to help lower my blood sugar levels and I’m waiting to see my lab results. Shipping is timely.

I actually received the product from a company saying it was Lirae, but had my doubts when the bag had 300 softgels and not the 30. I started using the new bag last week when it arrived. I have not had any bloodwork so not sure if having success yet. I have not had any negative side effects.

Product was delivered promptly. I contacted customer service with question about how long before seeing results. Answered promptly. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and customer service.

Overall I think the product may actually work on some level. In August 2025 my A1C was 6.2. Recently tested again - July 2026 and it is now at 5.6. I also changed my diet to primarily vegetarian and pescatarian and average walking 8000 steps a day. I used my last of 5 bags ordered in December 2025 in late spring and have not reordered because honestly their website is pretty frustrating. I just want to order for 5 months and do not want a subscription. But even if I do not check subscription it still looks like I will get another shipment in 30 days. Which is frustrating.

My husband and I have taken Lirae for 3 months. We both notice a lower reading on our blood sugar since taking adding to our supplement routine.

I wanted to try it but unfortunately it wasn’t for me.

Received my 6 month lab results. A1C drpped to 6.9, Glucose dropped to 127 but the shining star was my Tri-Glycerides dropped from 211 to 105 on Lirae Ceylon Cinnamon. Hoping for better results, will continue use. Thanks Gary Renz

I have been taking Lirae daily for almost 3 months. It is easy to take and leaves no taste behind. The customer service has been quickly responsive and always helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is I am saving the last star for my lab results coming next week. Fingers crossed and I will update when I know. Thank you.
