I have not noticed any change
I have not noticed any change . I have been taking them since May 2026 and now we are more than half way through July and I am just as pale as I was before I started these.

No Go for lowering your blood sugar levels.
Order took over a month and they sent me the powder form. I have not seen any results yet. Have been taking the powder in hot water and tablespoon of natural honey daily and have not seen any results yet. I also bought some more in capsule form and have been taking those at nighttime before bed time.

Not sure if this is working for me only…
Not sure if this is working for me only been on it since April, I have follow-up doctors visit in October to see where my A1C is. I will continue to use and hope that I see some improvement in my A1C at that time.
