I thought my 1st shipment had never arrived. Customer Support took over and worked to find out where the package was delivered. They communicated with me during this time. The shipment was found...had been delivered while I was on vacation, but had been placed in an obscure place. when I found it, and explained to Lirae, they were very understanding.
