I was diagnosed with diabetes in Nov 24 and started taking the Lirae Ceylon Cinammon alongside Super Botanics Berberine Advance supplement to try to reverse my Diabetes diagnosis. I then started a long term drug trial of a GLP drug for Diabetes and the combination helped me reduce my average daily Blood Sugar reading from 6.7% (just diabetic) to 5.3% (normal). The combination worked for me.
