So far good. The customer support is wonderful with follow-ups to questions. I started on Father's Day and this week notice my afternoon crashes have stopped and my energy levels are up. For that I am thankful and will continue to stay the course for my own wellbeing!

Lirae arrived in a timely fashion. The pills are basically tasteless but you can tell there is cinnamon in them. I enjoyed the pills and think the company has done a fantastic job putting the product together.

I ordered the Ceylon Cinnamon packs from Lirae after seeing numerous ads online. I saw a number of other companies seemingly selling the same product also. So I sat down to compare pricing and decided on Lirae for the Ceylon Cinnamon packs after conferring with my doctor. She stated it looked good and I could try it for a 3 month basis and see what my results might be. Currently I’m a borderline diabetic with my A1C at 5.6 so my doctor thought I was in a decent position. Plus I’m not crazy about taking Metphormin with its potential side effects. So I can’t wait for my initial order to arrive so I can ditch the Metformin and start on the Ceylon Cinnamon from Lirae.

I was on Metformin for years, and was tired of all the side effects. I have been taking the Ceylon Cinnamon for 2 months now and I have noticed a drastic difference in how I feel! I didn't realize how many side effects I was suffering with the Metformin until I stopped taking it. Can't wait to see how my labwork looks next month!

Great product and i got it quickly

My Husband and I started taking Ceylon Cinnamon a couple of months ago and we are nit pre-diabet.

Delivery time was a little delayed however after speaking with customer service the product was immediately received. As far if it's helping me I need to give it a little more time, it's not been long enough to make a judgement.

ordering was easy. Product is outstanding! It took a couple of weeks to get the full effects, but when it did I am extremely satisfied!
