I’m type 2 diabetic. I was kinda skeptical at first. But after trying just about everything I could, I figure, “what the hell”! Ya know. I take 1 capsule daily as directed. Went to my doctor recently (7/14/26) A1C went from 8.5 down to 6.6!!!
