I like both the knit beanie and the baseball cap, but I was disappointed to see the plastic fastener on the back…for the price, a Velcro fastening strap would be better.
Response from HAVNOct 19, 2026
Fair point on the fastener, Debra. At this price the hardware should match the rest of the build and plastic doesn't. Passing it to the product team for the next run. Glad the beanie and the cap themselves are working for you.

The qualities of the hat was well explained by the web site, it was easy to purchase on line, it was delivered quickly, and it appears to work as advertised.

Clear site, easy checkout, quick delivery, product does what it says. That's the whole job. Thanks David.

I did NOT WILLINGLY SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY!! I had to report this as a fraudulent transaction!!!! Cancel whatever info u have on me!!! BEWARE FOLKS IF U ORDER FROM THE ROMANO GROUP IN MIAMI. THE RESILIA AGED GARLIC!!! They grouped my order from them to include a subscription to thus company!! 32.76 Plus 23.77 for a subscription I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!!!!
Response from HAVNOct 19, 2026
HAVN doesn't add subscriptions to another company's checkout, so either something went badly wrong on that order page or the charge isn't ours. Either way we want to see it. Email [email protected] with the charge dates and amounts. We'll search our system under your details, cancel anything we find and refund it. If the charge didn't originate with us, we'll confirm that in writing so you have something concrete to take to your bank.

This is a scam product! I'm putting up a comprehensive review on my social media to my millions of followers. I bought two blankets and one of them came out of the cold water wash with strange spots. The company insists that I used bleach or what there was bleach residue or put it in the dryer which I did not. They refused to replace the blanket or give a refund. I question the validity of this company altogether. I actually had to send a dispute in with my credit card company.
Response from HAVNOct 14, 2026
Our team did review your photos. The read was bleach exposure, which can come from residue sitting in a washer rather than from anything you added, so it isn't an accusation of misuse, but it is why the claim was declined. You've since filed a chargeback, which moves the decision to your bank. We can't also refund the order while that's open without paying it twice. If you'd rather settle it with us directly, withdraw the dispute and email [email protected], and we'll send a replacement blanket.

I think it is made well, its just too small and tight on my head.
Response from HAVNOct 14, 2026
Glad the build holds up, Serina, but a hat that's too tight isn't a hat you'll wear. Email [email protected] and we'll get you into a size that fits or refund you.

I was happy with my purchase and I loved that it shipped and arrived very quickly. I honestly feel a difference with my brain fog. How awesome is that? I’m planning on buying more of your products. Next..a thyroid protector.
Response from HAVNOct 14, 2026
Brain fog lifting is the one people tend to notice without looking for it, so that's good to hear.

Wear my cap daily/ brain fog kept at bay… Thanks so much
Response from HAVNOct 14, 2026
Daily wear is where it actually pays off, so you're doing it right. Thanks for coming back to say so.
