Great beanie and I had a coupon so a good price. It took a little while to get here but winter is still a month or so away so I’m okay with that. Will buy again if I find another coupon as they are a little pricey for people on SS. But definitely worth the money

Ordered a blanket 10/3, was lost in transit apparently in my own town. Emailed customer service, very nice but very slow responses. Finally ordered a second blanket, expedited shipping, still hasn’t shipped, it’s been 3 weeks. Canceling the order… the response time for customer service is beyond frustrating. I’m done
